No Party & Noise Policy
We operate under a strict no-party and low-noise policy in line with NSW Short-Term Rental Accommodation legislation. Excessive noise, parties, or anti-social behaviour may result in eviction and additional charges.
Guest Numbers & Visitors
The maximum guest number must not be exceeded at any time, including visitors, unless approved in writing prior to arrival. Additional guests may incur extra charges. Small daytime visitors may be considered upon request.
Guest Registration & ID Verification
All guests are required to complete an online registration form prior to arrival, including valid photo ID for the booking guest and contact details for all guests. Access will only be granted once registration is completed.
Pet Policy
This property is not pet-friendly unless explicitly approved in writing prior to arrival. If approved, guests must bring their own pet bedding and supplies, and pets must remain supervised at all times.

Security Cameras & Monitoring
