Guest Numbers and Pricing
The base rate covers up to 10 guests with access to all five bedrooms. The property can accommodate a maximum of 12 guests, including children.
Guests above the base occupancy are charged at a per-person, per-night rate. The correct price will be calculated automatically when the total number of guests is entered at the time of booking. Reductions in guest numbers after booking are non-refundable.
Only registered guests may stay at or visit the property. If you would like to invite visitors during your stay, please contact us in advance for written approval. Additional fees will apply where unapproved guests or visitors are present at any time.
Linen and Towels: Fresh bed linen and one bath towel per registered guest are provided. Guests may wish to bring additional towels for longer stays. Please bring your own pool, lake and beach towels.
Important Information:
Pets are not permitted at this property.
This is a peaceful family holiday home and is not suitable for parties, events or disruptive gatherings. Quiet hours apply between 9:00 pm and 8:00 am. The number of people at the property must never exceed the confirmed booking or the maximum occupancy of 12 guests without prior written approval.
Children must be supervised at all times around the swimming pool, waterfront and while using the kayaks. Kayaks and life jackets are provided for recreational use, and guests use them at their own risk.
External security cameras and noise-monitoring devices may operate at the property for security, guest safety and neighbourhood protection. Cameras are limited to external access areas and are operated in accordance with applicable regulations.
All guests must complete the required electronic registration before arrival. The primary guest will be asked to verify their identity and provide the names and mobile numbers of those staying at the property. Access details are provided only to registered and verified guests.
