Villa Beaujolais is a privately owned villa, proudly managed by Hunter Holidays. We offer flexible check-in and check-out (subject to availability), personalised service and the best available rates when booking direct.
Overlooking the championship golf course, this spacious three-bedroom villa features a light-filled open plan living area, air conditioning, a fully equipped kitchen, a generous entertaining balcony with beautiful mountain and resort views, a luxurious ensuite, second full bathroom and an additional downstairs powder room.
Spend your days exploring Pokolbin's renowned wineries and award-winning restaurants, indulge in a treatment at the nearby day spa, or enjoy a round of golf at Cypress Lakes or the Greg Norman-designed Vintage Golf Course.

Resort Facilities
This privately owned villa provides guests with access to the Cypress Lakes public bar and restaurant, along with the Owners' Hillside Pool.
Please note this villa does not include access to the Oaks-managed lagoon pool, gym or tennis courts. Golf and tennis bookings can be arranged directly with the Cypress Lakes Pro Shop.
Pricing
Our rates are based on a minimum number of guests. Additional guests are charged on a per person, per night basis. The correct rate will automatically calculate once guest numbers are entered at the time of booking.
Please note that reductions in guest numbers after booking are non-refundable.
Arrival Information
Access is simple and contactless.
Your unique access code will be sent via SMS shortly before 3:00pm on your arrival day.
Standard check-in is from 3:00pm. If an earlier check-in becomes available, we'll notify you via SMS by 4:00pm the day before your arrival.
Linen
All bed linen and one bath towel per registered guest are provided.
Guests may wish to bring additional towels depending on the length of their stay. Pool towels are not supplied.
Wi-Fi
Complimentary Wi-Fi is provided on behalf of the owner.
As this service is supplied by an external provider, Hunter Holidays cannot guarantee connection speed or uninterrupted service and compensation cannot be provided for outages beyond our control.
Swimming Pool
Guests have access to the Owners' Hillside Pool located on the corner of Chardonnay Terrace and Vintage Avenue.
Please note this villa does not include access to the Oaks-managed resort pool, gym or tennis courts.
The Hillside Pool is generally open from the commencement of the NSW September School Holidays until the conclusion of the NSW Easter School Holidays.
No Party Policy
Hunter Holidays operates under a strict No Party and No Excessive Noise Policy in accordance with NSW Short-Term Rental Accommodation legislation and local council regulations.
This villa is located within a residential resort. Excessive noise, unauthorised parties or breaches of the house rules may result in immediate eviction, forfeiture of your security bond and additional charges.
Visitors
The maximum number of people permitted at the property at any time is the number shown on your booking confirmation, including visitors.
Visitor requests may be considered but must receive prior written approval from Hunter Holidays before arrival.
Noise Monitoring
There are no external security cameras installed at this private villa.
Please note that Cypress Lakes Resort operates commercial facilities including the golf course, restaurant and public areas which may be monitored by the resort independently.
A noise monitoring device is installed within the villa. Tampering with, disconnecting or damaging this device may result in additional charges.
Guest Registration & Identification
All guests are required to complete an online registration form prior to arrival, including photographic identification.
The primary guest must also provide the names and contact numbers of all guests staying at the property. This information is securely stored and deleted following departure. Access details are only provided once guest verification has been completed.
Last-Minute Bookings
To protect our owners and guests against fraudulent transactions, bookings made within five days of arrival require additional verification. The primary guest may be asked to provide a photograph of the credit card used for payment (with sensitive numbers covered) matching the identification provided. Failure to complete verification may result in cancellation and refund of the booking.
Travel Insurance
We strongly recommend all guests obtain Domestic Travel Insurance to cover unforeseen circumstances such as illness, emergencies, travel disruptions or event cancellations. Please refer to our Terms & Conditions for full details regarding cancellations and refunds.
